About the Vacancy
Do you enjoy working outdoors and have experience operating tractors or specialist vehicles? Are you practical, reliable, and take pride in keeping outdoor spaces looking their best? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our friendly grounds maintenance team, helping to care for and enhance green spaces across Conwy.
What You will be doing
- Safely operating tractors and specialist vehicles
- Using a range of tractor-mounted equipment to support grounds maintenance work and cyclical highway verge cutting
- Maintaining high standards across parks, open spaces, and landscaped areas
- Working as part of a hands-on, supportive team to deliver quality outdoor environments
What We are Looking For
- Relevant driving licences and experience operating tractors and associated implements (e.g. flails, gangs, harrows, winches)
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- A reliable, positive, and team-focused attitude
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
