Role: Conveyancing Executive Team Leader
Location: Lincoln
Salary: 40,000 to 70,000 D.O.E.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
- Supervise and assist team members within a busy conveyancing department.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to departmental growth.
About You: To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous residential conveyancing experience with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Team leadership and people management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
- An ability to attend the office in Lincoln on a daily basis.
