Service Care Solutions are working with a popular law firm in Blackburn. They are looking to recruit a Family Law Solicitor on a Hybrid basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal support professional to join a busy team and contribute to a high volume of family law cases.
Location: Blackburn (Hybrid Based - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
Salary: £35,000 - £60,000 annum DOE
Key Responsibilities as a Family Law Solicitor:
- Provide legal advice on issues such as divorce, separation, child arrangements, financial settlements, and domestic abuse.
- Handle all aspects of divorce proceedings, including filing petitions, responding to applications, and guiding clients through the legal process.
- Prepare court applications, witness statements, consent orders, prenuptial/postnuptial agreements, and settlement proposals.
