Job Description Service Care Solutions has a new and exciting opportunity which has become available working as a Leaving Care Personal with Tameside Council Tameside Council are currently looking for someone who is happy to work 21 hours per week. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with: A Level 3 NVQ in Care of Children and Young People (or equivalent). Experience in direct work with children or young people.
