Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to join an established and supportive site team at the Innovation Centre Medway. This is a temporary locum opportunity working a total of 37 hours per week (7:00am to 5:30pm). This is a hands-on role ideal for someone practical, reliable, and customer-focused, who takes pride in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general caretaking duties to maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented building
- Support contractors and assist with day-to-day site operations
- Set up meeting rooms and event spaces (furniture, equipment, and light cleaning)
- Work closely with the morning caretaker, including daily handovers
- Undertake health and safety checks
