Due to continued contract wins and nationwide expansion, they are now seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead their growing HVAC division. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage nationwide HVAC maintenance operations across multiple client sites
  • Supervise maintenance schedules, reactive works, quotations, and tender submissions
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes
  • Lead fault finding, repairs, and HVAC system upgrades
  • Manage engineers and technical teams, ensuring high standards of delivery and compliance
  • Read and interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and PLC control systems
  • Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
