We are currently recruiting for an experienced Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) to join an Adult Mental Health Community Team in Hull on a temporary agency contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated mental health professional with strong community experience to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality care to service users within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administering Depot medication within the local community
  • Supporting adults with complex mental health needs
  • Medication ordering and management
  • Carrying out mental health assessments and risk assessments
  • Care planning, caseload management, and clinical documentation
  • Working closely with MDT professionals and external agencies
  • Updating and maintaining records using SystemOne

Essential Requirements:

  • Valid NMC registration as an RMN
  • Previous experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)
  • Experience administering Depot medication
  • Working knowledge of SystemOne
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
