Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing law firm based in Blackburn, who are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Department Family Law Solicitor to lead their Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior solicitor looking to take the next step into a leadership role within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
Location: Blackburn (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £49,000 - £60,000 per annum DOE and interview performance
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Family Law department, ensuring high standards of legal service delivery
- Oversee a varied caseload of family matters, with a focus on children law (both public and private)
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors, trainees, and support staff
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the department
- Maintain and build strong client relationships, delivering excellent client care
