We are currently recruiting for an experienced Carpenter to join a well-established social housing contractor working across domestic properties in Havant and the surrounding areas.
The Role
You will be carrying out a range of carpentry repairs and maintenance works within social housing properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Typical duties include:
- Reactive and planned carpentry repairs
- Door repairs and replacements
- Kitchen fitting and repairs
- Skirting, architraves, and flooring repairs
- Window and lock repairs
- General maintenance within occupied properties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Carpenter within domestic or social housing environments
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Relevant carpentry qualifications are desirable
