Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding Law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis.
If you have experience in Property Law and are looking for a new challenge, then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you. This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Commercial Property Solicitor:- Experience of dealing with mixed caseloads of commercial property matters including sales and purchases, commercial leases, corporate support, finances, development and landlord and tenant
- Experience in property finance (optional)
- Confident in negotiating leases and supporting documents for commercial properties
- Hybrid working

We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
