We are currently recruiting for an External Contracts Manager on behalf of a leading Housing Association to support the delivery of planned works and compliance programmes across their housing stock portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced construction or property professional with a strong background in contract management, planned maintenance, and social housing compliance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing externally delivered planned works contracts, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role will involve working closely with contractors, consultants, residents, and internal stakeholders across multiple geographical locations.
