Service Care Legal are working with a local authority in the South East seeking an experienced Property Lawyer to join their legal team on an initial 3-month ongoing contract.
ROLE: Property Lawyer
LOCATION: South East England
RATE: Up to £55ph umbrella / £48.91ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / £43.64ph PAYE exc. holiday pay
CONTRACT: 3 months rolling contract
Please note that this role is predominantly remote working, with only occasional office attendance required for key team meetings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a varied commercial property caseload independently
- Advising on acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, leases and licences
- Handling easements, wayleaves, title work and due diligence
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
- Experienced Property Lawyer with local authority/public sector exposure preferred
- Confident managing complex property transactions with minimal supervision
