We’re on the lookout for one or two Paralegals to join our RTA Litigation Team!
If you have experience in RTA personal injury and are looking for your next opportunity, this could be the role for you.
What’s involved?
- Managing a caseload of litigated Pursuer RTA personal injury files.
- Progressing claims through the litigation process.
- Potentially handling pre-litigation files under the CPAP scheme.
- Working as part of a team focused on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone with experience in RTA personal injury.
- Litigation experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential.
- An organised, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail.
- Someone who can manage their own caseload and thrive in a team environment.
- MUST Have experience in a SCOTTISH law firm within PI work
