We are seeking experienced and motivated Clinical Advisors to join the NHS 111 Single Point of Access service based in Gillingham, Kent.
Location: On site - Gillingham
Service: NHS 111 – Single Point of Access (SPA)
Pay Rate: Basic £23.41 per hour, Sat/Night £30.22 per hour, Sun/BH £37.11 (PAYE – inclusive of holiday pay)
Hours: Flexibility to work across a 24-hour period (service operates 7 days per week)
About the Role
As a Clinical Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering urgent healthcare support to the public by carrying out complex clinical triage, providing safe and effective advice, and ensuring patients receive the right care at the right time. Working within a fast-paced contact centre environment, you will combine clinical assessment software with your professional judgement to assess patient needs sensitively and accurately. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference while working as part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team supporting urgent and emergency care pathways.
Key Responsibilities
