Job Description
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in London for a Finance Analyst to support their Public Realm, Regeneration and Schools areas of the Capital Programme on a temporary basis. The Finance Analyst will be the business partner coordinating closing of these activities including the production of notes to the accounts. They will also support the Council’s PFI and lease activities including the transition to IFRS 16.
Candidate Criteria
- CCAB/CIMA Qualified Accountant or Part-Qualified with extensive experience
- Experience of working in a Local Authority Finance environment in a Business Partnering/Financial Analyst capacity
- Experience of supporting Local authority capital programmes alongside financing projects at year-end
- Great communication skills with the ability to work well on own initiative as well as part of a team
