This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and their families by facilitating therapeutic family time in line with court directions. About the Role As a Family Time Worker, you will: Co-ordinate and facilitate therapeutic family time between children and their parents or other family members. Provide parenting support and guidance during family time. Support children and families with safe transport arrangements to sessions. Keep accurate records, reports, and documentation relating to children and families. Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of children and families. About You We’re looking for someone with: NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in working with children and families. Experience of direct work with children, families, and carers within a statutory or voluntary setting. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of child development, safeguarding, and relevant legislation. The ability to use IT systems confidently and maintain high-quality written records.
