We are working with Cheshire East Council to recruit dedicated Family Service Workers to join their early help and prevention services. The Role
As a Family Service Worker, you will work in partnership with families and multi-agency professionals to deliver targeted interventions that promote positive outcomes and long-term change. You will play a key role in supporting families across the 0-19 age range, ensuring they receive the right help at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of evidence-based programmes to support children and families
- Undertake holistic assessments and develop tailored support plans
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners across Children’s Services
- Provide both 1:1 and group-based interventions
- Support early identification of need and help prevent escalation
- Maintain accurate, timely records and contribute to performance data
