Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing professional law firm based in Scunthorpe, which needs a Private Family Law Solicitor. They are seeking an experienced, ambitious Grade A Family Solicitor with 8+ years PQE. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career – to develop and head up a new office under the well-established law firm, with full operational and marketing support. They can pay a salary of £70,000 - £90,000 annum depending upon experience.
Key Responsibilities as a Private Family Law Solicitor:
- Well-rounded practitioners with experience in both children and financial remedy matters as well as Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 (TOLATA) up to the stage of letter before claim, at which point conduct may be transferred to a specialist within the firm.
- Able to manage a variety of caseload with minimal supervision.
- Committed to excellent client care and advocacy.
