The Role of the Private Client Solicitor

  • To manage and progress a caseload of Private Client matters through to completion.
  • Matters will include Administration of Estates, Trusts & Inheritance Tax.
  • Applying for and obtaining the grant of probate and setting up trusts.

The Person

  • A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with around 2 to 4 years’ PQE.
  • Experienced in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration.
  • Tax planning would be advantageous.
