Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling local authority, based in Bournemouth, which is seeking an Adult Social Care Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to progress in your career and gain experience in the Adult Social Care industry.
This role pays a competitive rate of:
- PAYE (Inc. Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour
- Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour
This role is on a 3 months contract with potential to extend.
Responsibilities as an Adult Social Care Solicitor:
- Deliver training and workshops to clients
- Able to handle a high caseload in Adult social care from start to completion
- Represent the council as and when required at hearings and any related legal proceedings
- Provide specialist input to the Service Director and the Head of Legal Services in the delivery and improvement of its services and business strategies
About you as an Adult Social Care Solicitor:
- Experience as an advocate in Court of Protection
- Has worked in the Adult Social Care legal team for the local authority
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 3 years' experience in Adult social care law
