Service Care Solutions are supporting a national charity who are looking to recruit a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction.
Role Overview:
- Complete assessments for Service users.
- Support individuals from Point of Entry.
- Capability in managing own case load.
- Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans.
- Deliver One to One intervention.
- Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field.
- Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse.
- Experience of Key Working and Care Planning.
