Service Care Solutions are supporting a national charity who are looking to recruit a Substance Misuse Recovery Worker. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction.

Role Overview:

  • Complete assessments for Service users.
  • Support individuals from Point of Entry.
  • Capability in managing own case load.
  • Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans.
  • Deliver One to One intervention.
  • Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field.
  • Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse.
  • Experience of Key Working and Care Planning.
