Service Care Solutions is working alongside a forward-thinking law firm in Buckinghamshire. They are looking for a talented Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3-5 years PQE to take the next step in their career.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Private Client, you will manage your own caseload and advise clients on a wide range of matters including:
- Wills and Estate Administration
- Court of Protection
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Drafting Deeds of Variation
- Inheritance Tax Planning
- Trusts
