Are you passionate about helping people reach their potential and making a real difference in your community? We’re expanding our team and we’re looking for a motivated, community-focused Employment & Development Support Officer to join us.
About the Role
Our Employment & Development Support Officers are vital members of the team, providing day-to-day support to our advisers and helping us connect with the communities we serve. Working within a specific area of County Durham, you’ll:
- Energize our community presence and build trusted local relationships.
- Support advisers with their caseloads and outreach work.
- Spot opportunities to engage residents and partners.
- Use social media and local networks to promote our work and events.
You’ll be part of a supportive, established team that values collaboration, creativity, and local insight. This is your chance to help shape positive change and strengthen connections within County Durham communities.
