About the Role

Our Employment & Development Support Officers are vital members of the team, providing day-to-day support to our advisers and helping us connect with the communities we serve. Working within a specific area of County Durham, you’ll:

  • Energize our community presence and build trusted local relationships.
  • Support advisers with their caseloads and outreach work.
  • Spot opportunities to engage residents and partners.
  • Use social media and local networks to promote our work and events.
