Service Care Solutions are delighted to be working with a leading Scottish firm who are seeking a talented Solicitor or Associate to join their highly respected Dispute Resolution & Litigation team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious lawyer looking to take the next step in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
Your work will include:
- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial and property disputes, as well as inheritance and estate matters.
- Managing a busy and varied caseload with autonomy and support where needed.
- Appearing in Sheriff Courts across Scotland, and assisting counsel in Court of Session matters.
- Involvement with Land Court, tribunals, and inquiries.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Qualified Solicitor experience within a dispute resolution or litigation setting.
- Strong advocacy skills and confidence in court.
- Excellent communication and client-care abilities.
