Service Care Legal are recruiting for an established and reputable law firm based in Lewisham is seeking an experienced Duty Solicitor to join its dynamic Criminal Law department. This is a key role, offering the opportunity to manage your own caseload while supporting and supervising a team of solicitors and caseworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality legal representation across a broad range of criminal matters.
- Supervise and mentor criminal solicitors and caseworkers, including file reviews, appraisals, and ongoing training.
- Ensure compliance with LAA, SRA, and internal standards, particularly around auditing and billing.
