Duty Practitioner
Job Description:
Service Care Solutions are supporting a non-profit provider and they are currently recruiting for a Duty Practitioner. As a Duty Practitioner you will play a crucial role by supporting individuals that are suffering with Drug & Alcohol addiction. The Ideal candidate needs to be experienced within the field but also someone who is highly driven and can identify positivity within a service user and have the ability to develop potential within.
Key role and responsibilities for a Duty Practitioner;
- Able to manage a caseload of 40-60 service users
- Supporting the individuals from Point of Entry
- Provide Screening, Assessment and Recovery Plans
- Deliver One to One interventions
Minimum requirements for a Duty Practitioner;
- Experience of working within the Substance Misuse field
- Awareness of health issues relating to Substance Misuse
- Experience of Key Working and Care Planning
Pay rate;
16.59 PAYE Per hour – Exclusive of holiday pay
18.59 PAYE Per hour – Inclusive of holiday pay
21 Umbrella rate per hour
