  • Supporting children who go missing from home is a key part of the service, alongside close partnership working with Youth Justice, Housing, and other agencies.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Professionals with the determination to help young people remain safely within their family networks
  • A commitment to co-producing care plans that protect children at risk of criminal and/or sexual exploitation
  • A creative, reflective practitioner who values innovative and holistic practice
  • Applications are welcome from Social Workers with 2+ years’ permanent post-qualification experience — no need for the usual 3 years.

What you can expect:

  • A supportive, inclusive working environment
  • Strong focus on work/life balance
  • Excellent personal and professional development opportunities
  • A comprehensive Council benefits package supporting health, wellbeing, and quality of life
