We are seeking an ADHD Specialist Independent Prescriber to join our remote clinical team. Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based prescribing and medication management for adults with ADHD, in line with national guidelines and clinical policies.
- Manage a defined caseload through the titration and ongoing treatment phases.
- Conduct End of Titration Reviews and annual medication reviews.
- Communicate with patients via secure digital platforms, providing supportive and professional guidance.
- Monitor treatment effectiveness, assess risks and escalate safeguarding concerns when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records using digital systems.
- Contribute to clinical governance, audits, quality improvement and service development.
Requirements
- Be a qualified clinician with Independent Prescribing rights (e.g. V300 or equivalent) and registered with NMC or GPhC.
- Have experience in the management of ADHD, including prescribing, titrating and monitoring medication.
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgement, excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously within a digital care model.
- Have sound understanding of clinical governance and safeguard practice in mental health settings.
- Be confident using digital healthcare platforms and maintaining high standards of record keeping.
