Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer to join a leading Housing Association on a 16-week temporary contract based in Croydon. This is a site-based, customer-focused role delivering intensive housing management across supported housing schemes. You will work closely with vulnerable residents, managing agents, and support providers to sustain tenancies, manage complex cases, and ensure properties remain safe, compliant, and well-managed.
Role Overview
You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality housing management service across a supported housing portfolio. This includes tenancy management, partnership working, compliance monitoring, and providing a visible presence across schemes to support residents and improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver intensive housing management to residents with support needs
- Act as the main point of contact for managing agents, support providers, and external partners
- Manage voids end-to-end including inspections, referrals, assessments, viewings and sign-ups
- Investigate and resolve tenancy breaches including ASB, arrears, nuisance and safeguarding concerns
- Progress enforcement action where required, including preparing legal documentation and attending court
- Carry out regular property and scheme inspections, ensuring health & safety and compliance standards are met
- Work with internal teams to facilitate access for repairs, servicing and compliance works
- Monitor service delivery against Service Level Agreements and attend partnership meetings
- Respond to complaints and resident feedback, driving service improvement
Requirements
- Experience working within supported housing or intensive housing management
- Strong background in a customer-facing housing role
- Knowledge of tenancy management, ASB, safeguarding and housing legislation
- Experience working with external partners, managing agents or support providers
- Understanding of property compliance and health & safety requirements
- Excellent communication, organisation and case management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)

- Rate: £25.15 per hour (LTD Umbrella)
- Contract: 16 weeks
- Hours: 35 hours per week
