Criminal Duty Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are working alongside an known Law firm, based in West Yorkshire, which needs a Criminal Duty Solicitor to join its team. The role is a great opportunity to work within the legal field and progress in your Career.

Responsibilities:

• Represent defendants during hearings at the magistrates\’ court, often in the early stages of criminal proceedings.
• Offer guidance on criminal charges, the strength of the evidence, and potential consequences.
• Defend clients at bail hearings, first appearances, and sometimes during sentencing.
