Service Care Solutions is working with a highly reputable and well-established law firm, based in Lincolnshire, which is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Executive to lead its thriving Residential Conveyancing department. Salary: £40,000 to £70,000 D.O.E.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion.
- Supervise and assist team members within a busy conveyancing department.
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to departmental growth.
About You:
- Previous residential conveyancing experience with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
- Team leadership and people management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and business development skills.
- An ability to attend the office in Lincoln on a daily basis.
