Service Care Solutions is delighted to be working with a Tier 1 Legal 500 firm, based in North Lincolnshire, which is seeking a proactive and experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their thriving Residential Property team.

Key responsibilities involved with the Conveyancing Assistant role:

• Liaising with clients, banks, building societies, and estate agents.
• Preparing and dealing with completions including documents, accounts, letters, SDLT forms, and invoices.
• Drafting Contracts for Sale and managing sale files up to exchange.
• Completing registrations and post-completion duties.
