Location: Hybrid any MOJ site across UK - Ad hoc travel to meetings in London occasionally

Contract Type: 12 month contract

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: £515 Umbrella per day

About the Role:

The Continuous Improvement Lead will support the development, coordination and implementation of commercial policy, guidance and improvement activity across a complex public sector delivery environment. The role will focus on driving consistency, enabling collaboration and supporting delivery improvement through structured policy development, supplier and stakeholder forums, and practical guidance outputs. The successful candidate will work closely with commercial teams, relationship managers, suppliers and senior stakeholders to identify challenges, shape solutions and embed best practice.

This role requires strong commercial policy capability alongside experience within construction, NEC and infrastructure-related commercial environments.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Lead or support the development and maintenance of commercial policy, guidance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritise a policy development pipeline informed by stakeholder insight, SRM activity and stakeholder mapping outputs.
  • Coordinate policy and guidance activity end-to-end, including issue identification, drafting, governance approvals.
