We’re seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join a growing and dynamic construction team based in Altrincham. You’ll be responsible for supporting day-to-day project operations and admin processes while ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and excellent communication across internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage supplier and subcontractor orders
- Prepare and issue client documentation and communication packs
- Track and maintain cost data across various projects using Excel
- Organise, collate and format project presentations and documentation
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and provide general office support
- Monitor and update training matrices
- Maintain accurate documentation on SharePoint
- Assist with RFIs (Requests for Information) and PQQs (Pre-Qualification Questionnaires)
- Support with invoicing (QuickBooks experience desirable)
- At least 2 years’ experience in a construction-based admin role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Experience using SharePoint for document management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- A friendly, reliable, and collaborative approach to work
