Service Care Solutions are working with a Housing Association client in Greater Manchester to recruit a Compliance Operations Manager on a 6–12 month fixed term basis. This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing all landlord compliance workstreams, ensuring statutory and regulatory obligations are met while delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service.

Overview of the Role

Reporting into the Assistant Director of Health, Safety and Compliance, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team delivering key compliance programmes across housing stock. This includes gas, electrical, fire, water hygiene, asbestos, lifts, and wider maintenance.
