We are seeking a Temporary Complaint Officer to join our clients Complaints team and assist in resolving customer complaints effectively. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for customer service, this role could be for you!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the first point of contact for customer complaints.
  2. Investigate cases and provide clear, well-reasoned resolutions.
  3. Communicate findings effectively in both written and verbal formats.
  4. Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
  5. Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Prior complaints handling experience.
  3. Customer-focused with an empathetic and professional approach.
  4. Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  5. Experience in complaints handling or outbound sales is an advantage.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
