An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Community Safety professional to join a Local Authority in Manchester. This role will focus on tackling Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB), Hate Crime and Domestic Abuse.
- Managing reports of Anti-Social Behaviour, Hate Crime and Domestic Abuse.
- Investigating incidents, gathering evidence and preparing cases for legal action where appropriate.
- Conducting risk assessments and identifying safeguarding concerns, escalating where necessary.
- Maintaining accurate records, updating case management systems and producing reports.
- Working collaboratively with Police, Local Authorities, community groups and other partner agencies.
- Supporting community safety projects, initiatives and preventative interventions in targeted areas.
- Promoting awareness of community safety services and encouraging resident engagement.
