Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a highly respected regional law firm, recognised in the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide, for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team in Kidderminster. You’ll be joining a firm known for its supportive culture, long-term career development and high-quality work.
This opportunity suits a generalist Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with some development experience. You’ll manage a varied caseload of up to 100 matters, with appropriate supervision and support.
Responsibilities:- Development matters including site acquisitions.
- Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property.
- Non-contentious landlord and tenant work.
- Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and agreements.
- Property finance and development transactions.
- Title investigations and due diligence.
- 25 days’ holiday
- Christmas shutdown
- Bank Holidays.
- Healthcare scheme and wellbeing support.
- Pension, death in service and annual colleague event.
We also welcome referrals for this position, where a successful recommendation would be worth £250.
