Job Description
Service Care Legal are working with a leading and well-established Essex law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join their growing team. This is a case-handling position, offering autonomy, a high-quality caseload, and the opportunity to further develop your expertise within a supportive and reputable practice.
The Role
You will manage a varied and engaging caseload of commercial property matters, including but not limited to:
- Commercial leases (grant, renewal, assignment, and negotiation)
- Land development, including site acquisition and disposals
- Lease extensions
- Leasehold enfranchisement
- General commercial landlord & tenant work
- Supporting wider real estate and corporate transactions as required
The Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’+ PQE
- Strong technical knowledge across the practice areas listed
- Confident in running your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent client communication skills and a commercial mindset
- Ability to build long-term relationships with clients, agents, and stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
