Service Care Solutions is working with a respected Local Authority, based in Lincolnshire, who are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled property lawyer to take on varied and interesting work within a supportive public sector environment, while retaining flexibility through remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
This role will focus on a broad range of local government commercial conveyancing work, with a particular emphasis on:
- Landlord and Tenant matters (including work under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954).
- Sale and purchase of land.
- Occasional residential conveyancing (excluding Right to Buy matters).
