Key Responsibilities:
This role will focus on a broad range of local government commercial conveyancing work, with a particular emphasis on:
- Landlord and Tenant matters (including work under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954).
- Sale and purchase of land.
- Occasional residential conveyancing (excluding Right to Buy matters).
