This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level lawyer to lead on complex and high-value transactions, support team development, and play a key role in the growth of the commercial property practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex sales, acquisitions, development, and funding transactions, along with commercial leasing matters
- Provide high-quality legal and strategic advice to clients across a range of sectors
- Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals
- Participate in departmental business meetings and contribute to team strategy
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property (PQE flexible for the right candidate)
- Strong technical expertise in complex transactions, including leasing, funding, and development
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver practical, commercial legal solutions
- Experience in supervising and supporting the development of junior team members
