Service Care are working alongside a local authority in North Lincolnshire for a Commercial Interim (Communities) to join their team on a temporary contract. Please find a description of the role below. Location: North Lincolnshire Rate: £43-£46 per hour (based on experience, qualifications and interview performance) Hours: 37 per week Key Responsibilities: Redesign and Development: Lead the redesign and restructure of the Leisure and Culture operating model to balance public and commercial goals. Financial Sustainability: Ensure the sector is financially sustainable by maximizing revenue and managing costs effectively. Leadership and Collaboration: Advise and work closely with the Senior Leadership and Transformation Teams to implement strategy. Innovation: Develop new products, services, and processes to improve customer experience and drive growth. Cost Management: Focus on controlling costs, including skills mix, third-party spend, and technology integration.
