Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling Law Firm based in Greater Manchester. They are looking for an Civil Litigation Solicitor to join their expanding legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work amongst the legal experts and progress your career.
This role is mainly remote and will need to attend the office at least once a month.
The salary is negotiable depending on experience.
Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:
- Dealing with complex and non-routine cases exercising appropriate levels of delegation and risk management
- Assessing and vetting potential new claims
- Handling a broad range of disputes including property disputes, debt recovery, commercial disputes, employment and contract law
