Civil Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside an expanding local authority based in Leicester. They are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.
If you have experience in Civil Litigation and are looking for a new challenge, then this Civil Litigation Lawyer role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role pays a competitive rate of £50-£55 an hour umbrella depending on experience.

This role is on a temporary basis with potential to be long term.

Responsibilities:

1. Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests.
2. Provide supervision and support to colleagues as needed.
3. Work under pressure.
4. Able to handle high caseload in Civil Litigation from start to completion.

About you:

1. 3 years PQE handling litigated civil claims as a Solicitor/Barrister or Legal Executive.
2. Ability to manage litigated cases from issue of proceedings to trial.
3. Strong technical lawyer with good written and oral communication skills.
