This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supervisor to lead a small operational team delivering high-quality highways and civils works across the local area.
Overview of the Role
As the Chargehand / Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of up to six operatives, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard. You will coordinate daily site activities, manage resources and maintain compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
