Responsibilities
- Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and void residential properties, including leak repairs, minor pipework, blockages, bathroom repairs, and general plumbing fixes.
- Undertaking light multi‑trade tasks such as basic carpentry and patch repairs.
- Delivering high‑quality workmanship with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
- Managing workload effectively while working independently in tenants’ homes.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience in domestic/residential plumbing.
- Multi‑trade ability (carpentry or general maintenance) is essential.
- Own tools and transport initially; company vehicle and tools will be provided once onboard.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Reliable, professional demeanor; capable of working in tenants’ homes with respect and courtesy.
