Job Title: Children’s Home Registered Manager (ACHT 5-Bed Home) Location: Sutton Coldfield, West Midlands Salary: Basic salary £42,500 – £46,500, with performance-related bonuses increasing total potential earnings to £66,500 – £70,500. We are seeking a dedicated Children’s Home Registered Manager to lead an ACHT 5-bed children’s home. About the Role As the Registered Manager, you will: Lead and develop a skilled team to deliver high-quality care for children with complex emotional and behavioural needs. Provide a therapeutic environment that enables children to thrive and feel at home. Ensure compliance with Ofsted standards, aiming for “Good” or “Outstanding” ratings. Manage all aspects of the home, from budgets to safeguarding, creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive space. Why Join Us?
