We’re seeking an experienced Neighbourhood Service Manager to lead a large-scale housing management service, overseeing neighbourhood operations across approximately 16,000 properties and driving service excellence, tenancy management, and neighbourhood standards within a fast-paced housing environment.
THE ROLE
The Neighbourhood Service Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across a large housing management function, ensuring high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services are delivered to residents while maintaining compliance, performance standards, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a high-performing neighbourhood management service covering approximately 16,000 properties.
- Provide direct leadership to Neighbourhood Team Leaders, Neighbourhood Officers, Safer Neighbourhood Officers, and Neighbourhood Assistants.
- Oversee anti-social behaviour (ASB) case management, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
- Drive service improvements and performance management initiatives across multiple operational teams.
- Ensure neighbourhood inspections and estate management activities are delivered to a high standard.
- Monitor compliance, operational performance, and service delivery targets across the housing management function.
- Work closely with senior leadership to stabilise services, implement best practice, and improve resident outcomes.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in a senior housing management role, with a proven track record of leading large operational teams and delivering high-quality neighbourhood services.

- Strong expertise in anti-social behaviour (ASB) casework and neighbourhood management.

THE CONTRACT
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, full time
Length of Contract: Permanent
Rate: £65,038 per year, plus benefits
Location Requirements: Candidates must live within commutable distance of Coventry and be able to attend the office up to 2–3 days per week.
Additional Support: The successful candidate will receive ongoing support and training from the Head of Neighbourhood Services to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
