Service Care Legal are recruiting for a Residential Property Fee Earner or Paralegal to join a well-established law firm in Chelmsford.
The Role:
- Handling/supporting residential property transactions
- Managing sales, purchases, remortgages and new-build matters
- Client onboarding, ID/AML, searches and Land Registry work
- Supporting matters through to exchange and completion
The Person:
- Residential property experience at fee earner or paralegal level
- Strong understanding of conveyancing processes
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy caseload
